"Happiness is not an absolute value, but rather an incremental process - " those who are on their way to Rome and those who already live in Rome" do not feel the same way about happiness

·introduce

With the advent of the new world, people's material living standards are becoming moreaffluent and their household expenses are risinq, taking advantage of the current surge inconsumerism, which has brought material enjoyment to an extremely high level, but thishas also led directly to a wide range of anxieties.Although we drive cars that represent modernism and post-modernism, even though wehave streamlined logos and devices that represent advanced aesthetics, it is undeniablethat there is still a huge proportion of people who have entered the new period in bodyand whose souls may still be in the feudal dynasty.
Of course, there are many reasons, including but not limited to social reasons, familyreasons, personal career reasons, and financial reasons, which contribute to the increasingrate of depression among adolescents and young adults and the increasing rate of suicide. The problem of depression is a complex one and the author has been able to developmeasures to help people with this type of illness in the form of mobile devices and apps.through patient research and a rigorous determination of the pathogenic mechanisms ofdepression. The author has been able to develop measures in the form of mobile devicesand apps to help patients with this type of illness.
Main reasons for children aged 16 to 18 years contacting Childline in theUnited Kingdom (UK) in 201 8/19, by percentage

·Context

Along with the greatabundance of material needstoday, depressive complexesand mental illnessesincluding but not limitedto depression have beenplaguing the population, forexample, the top item as themain reason for contactingChildline for 16 to 18-year-olds in the UK in 2018-19turned out to be mentalillness.(Hankin, 2006)
There is also a relationship between the increasing rate of suicide and the percentage ofpeople suffering from depression, as shown in the graph below; the yearly increase in thenumber of people using depression medication and the number of diaanosed patientsmakes me want to do something about this problem and do my best to address it.

·Suicide rate

Male suicide rate in the U.S. from 2000 to 2020, by age group (per 100,000 population)
Deaths by suicide per 100,000 resident population in the United States from 1950 to 2019, by gender
Share-of adolescents living with mental disorders in Europe in 2019, by disorder
Percentage of teenagers in the United States taking antidepressants from 2015 to 2019, by gender

·Causes of disease

The above depressing environment includes, but is not limited to, a high-pressure careerenvironment, a high-pressure family life environment or a poor family of origin, extremefinancial situation, etc. ln such an environment, individuals are prone to depression; theincrease in depression among adolescents and the growing proportion of adolescentstaking depression medication make the problem even more acute.

·Pathogenic Mechanisms

The accumulation of depression over a long period causes the individual to become less happy.
1. This leads to a decrease in dopamine production in the individual's brain, with lessdopamine produced leading to less adrenal hormone production. (Read et al. 2014)
2. There is also a decrease in the secretion of pentothal amine in the brain suture, which isresponsible for long periods of stimulation.
The reduction in the secretion of both of these hormones directly leads to a slow decreasein heart rate and a slow decrease in blood oxygen saturation, resulting in a prolongedvicious cycle that directly leads to a decrease in brain hormone secretion, which in severecases requires medication to induce the secretion of dopamine and stimulate the secretionof pentoxifylline in the brain suture, which can easily lead to drug dependency. (CuijpersPim, Stringaris Argyris, and Wolpert Miranda, 2020)

·Breakthroughs

1. Because endocrine hormones cause a decrease in heart rate and oxygen saturation, heart rate and oxygen saturation monitoring, accompanied by long-term machinelearning, can determine with relative accuracy whether a patient is in a depressed mood.

2. Aerobic exercise can also help patients by counteracting the production of happydopamine and adrenal hormones, so exercise reminders are also a helpful measure.(Francois Alhenc-Gelas, 2016)

3. Sugar intake is also one of the measures to improve well-being. The app canautomatically set different daily sugar intake as well as provide recommendations fordifferent types of sugar. (Gail Christopher et al, 2021)

4. Set up physician and emergency contact alerts for the patient side.

A graph of the patient's heart rate, oxygen saturation, exercise level and food intake issent to the patient's responsible physician in time to adjust the treatment according to thedifferent pathologies.

In the event of suicidal thoughts (mainly in the form of dislodgement of equipment, significant heart rate and oxygen saturation), a message is sent and an emergency contactis located, and a recommendation is made to the nearest hospital for treatment.

·Competitor Analysis

#FLOW

Main features: A mobile app for brainwavemonitoring based on a medically tested specialheadset, which alerts the user of the currentsituation while monitoring, and a communicationport for doctors to facilitate real-time observationof the user's current situation so that treatmentplans can be changed efficiently.

Benefits: The device has been adjusted by amedical professional and, with the user's consentand in a responsible manner, the data is finelymeasured and determined, the power level ofthe device and the main treatment direction areautomatically changed according to the changesin the data. The doctor's side is also developed, allowing real-time paid consultation with the doctor.

Disadvantages: the device itself needs to bepurchased and is relatively expensive, the headsetneeds to be always worn and no lightweight, portable device has been developed for userswith mild or moderate needs, there is no targeteddevelopment of data such as heart rate andblood oxygen saturation, and as a high propensitymedical app, there is no properly developedemergency contact, and other emergency handlingmethods.
#Quiet Park:
Key features: Aimed at users andothers in need of a "natural oxygenbar" for quiet places to rest, itprovides users with maps andnavigation to such natural restingplaces, and also develops featuresto guide users to meditate innatural places.

Pros: The software is relativelyeasy to develop, with a cleaninterface and a clear positioningthe free basic features areextensive and complete, whilegreatly protecting user privacy.

Disadvantages: the cost
effectiveness of paid featuresis relatively low, and the
development is incomplete; nosocial features are developed, andthe channel for users to exchangeexperiences with each othermainly relies on the jumping ofthird-party software. The sellingpoint of the product is clear, butthe functions are relatively single.and other functions can be addedappropriately.

·"A Little Help" App

The app was developed for users who have been depressed for a long time, and forpeople with depression, and relies on deep learning algorithms to monitor heart rate andblood oxygen saturation, as well as reminders to exercise and to consume sugary foods; auser port, an emergency contact and a physician were also developed to help users get ridof depression as soon as possible.

·marketing budget

Based on a standard budget of around GBP 25,000, here is a breakdown of how the money was spent.
Below is the percentage of investment that will follow once the development is complete.
